I'm Mike. I built Runwell and I set up every account myself, so the owner I talk to on the first call is the same person who sets up their office.

How I work with you

• First call: 20 minutes about how your calls, quotes and paperwork work today, and whether Runwell fits.
• Setup: I build your workspace with your services, hours and quote style, connect your phone and email, and set up your phone assistant around how you answer calls.
• Training: in person or by video, I get your team using it on their phones.
• After: email and phone support from me, Monday to Friday, 9 to 5.
